Terminology Terminology
(The budget database is -partially- bilingual Montenegrin - English; the application itself has an English interface)

The standard buttons:

The Image buttons move to next level (up or down)
The Image button opens a search dialog box to find a record
The Image buttons set a filter according to the current selection, or cancel the filter
The Image buttons show a printable report (filtered or not filtered, according to the current window's status)
The Image button closes the window
The Image button adds a new record (next level)
The Image button adds a new record (same level) using the currently selected record's data
The Button or Button button deletes current record (if allowed)

This special menu is for administrators only. It allows, among other things, to redefine the terminology ("Dictionary" button)

The Image buttons open new windows using the currently selected record's data: the "Links" button allows to review or update the links between Units and Sub-functions and the "Programmes" button allows to review or update the programmes related to the selected record.
The user may display a list of "orphan" Units (having no functional link) and create missing links (or delete orphan Units) from this list:

Here is an example where, using the "Sub-programme" code, the "PODGa" programme may be divided into three sub-programmes related with one sub-function but with three different implementing agencies (the Roads Service of the Ministry of Transport & Communications for the studies component, the Republic Real Estate Agency for land acquisition, and the Ministry of Public Works for the road works):
